Easy-vac2, Easy vac plus do not work.
- Our Easy vac does not support continuous operation.

Easy-vac2, Easy vac plus models do not come out properly.
- If the tooth model without trimming is used as Easy-vac plus (gold color product, noiseless), the result is It may not be good, and if you use Easy-vac2, foreign substances will be sucked into the perforated plate, causing problems in the machine Can cause.
* Our Easy-vac recommends a trimmed tooth model.
If you use a product that has not been trimmed, if you use the bead case together for ease of use, good.
Easy-vac2, Easy vac plus vacuum (pressure) has weakened.
- Easy-vac plus (noise):
It is necessary to clean the perforated plate and external filter, and install filter if there is no It is a silent machine and there is no sound, so you may feel that the pressure is weaker than the previous model.
However, there is only sound because the VACUUM method of the product itself is a pump method, not a motor method.
Actual pressure is a better product.
Before requesting A/S as the method of use may not be adequate, the tooth model may not be properly photographed.
Please check and submit.
- Easy-vac2: There is a problem due to inhalation of foreign substances, so it is necessary to request A/S (courier service) from us.
When using Easy-vac2 or Easy vac plus, the circuit breaker (power) is cut off.
- Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and test it in another room.
- If the same symptom occurs, do not use the product anymore and request A/S (courier) from us.
EF-01 Air doesn't come out, only water comes out.
- Since the handpiece & the air line inside the chamber is blocked by the powder, it is not possible to operate.
The EF-01 adapter is coming off the coupling.
- If the adapter is not damaged, it may be a coupling problem, so you should contact the handpiece manufacturer.
The scaler doesn't work well.
- It is difficult to transmit information about the inspection method through wired/wireless or through the homepage, so it is recommended to contact the place of purchase for inspection.
I use oil, but there is no bubble.
- It contains more undiluted solution by using a non-flammable gas, CO2 propellant (existing product = LPG).
How do I apply for A/S?
- Only our products can be submitted for A/S, and visiting A/S is not possible.
- When requesting A/S, you can send the product by courier to receive it. When making a request, please include the product to receive A/S, a phone number where you can contact us to inform you that it has been received, and the name of the person in charge.
